RETURN POLICY

30-DAY RETURNS

Rebel’s Armory accepts eligible returns and exchanges requested within 30 calendar days of delivery or local pickup. To qualify, merchandise must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in its original condition with all packaging, manuals, accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.

Airsoft replicas must not show signs of field use, modification, disassembly, or removal or alteration of required markings. Reasonable inspection is allowed, but products that have been used beyond inspection may not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact Rebel’s Armory through the Contact page before sending or dropping off an item. Include your order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the return. Returns must be authorized before shipment. Items sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

RETURN SHIPPING AND REFUNDS

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly. Once the issue is verified, Rebel’s Armory will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the payment provider to post the refund.

EXCHANGES

Eligible unused items may be exchanged within the same 30-day window. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any price difference unless the exchange is due to a verified defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item.

FINAL-SALE ITEMS AND EXCEPTIONS

The following are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrect:

• Custom builds, personalized work, and customer-approved modifications

• Repair, installation, tuning, diagnostic, and other completed services or labor

• Opened or used consumables, including BBs, gas, CO2, lubricants, and similar products

• Clearance items or products clearly marked Final Sale

• Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, neglect, alteration, normal wear, or use outside the manufacturer’s instructions

Manufacturer warranties and Rebel’s Armory workmanship coverage are handled separately from this merchandise return policy.

LOCAL ORDERS

The same eligibility rules and 30-day return window apply to local pickup and locally delivered orders.
